Scrape away loose paint with a putty knife, sand the edges smooth, clean the dust, and apply an alkali-resistant primer before touching up.
If peeling covers large wall areas or is caused by underlying pipe/seepage moisture.
V-cut the crack slightly, apply ready-mixed wall filler with a scraper, let it dry completely, sand flush, and repaint.
